The Kailua Chamber of Commerce is proud to sponsor the Annual Kailua Independence Day Parade.

The Kailua Parade has been enjoyed by our community for more than 70 years because it celebrates democracy, freedom and our veterans! It is important for us to maintain its community-based flavor without getting too commercialized.

We welcome you to spend the day in Kailua to watch Dozens of Parade Participants...Bands, Military & Veterans Marching Units, Horses, Youth groups, Seniors, Schools, Hawaii Dignitaries and more.

After the Parade go into Kailua Town, Aikahi or Enchanted Lake for Lunch...fast food, fusion, ethnic, pizza...almost everything your taste buds crave.  Then Shopping in Kailua, where you can find hundreds of merchants, selling everything from Antiques to Zippers.

Come out and help Kailua celebrate our Country’s Freedom and Thank the Men and Women who helped, and continue to help, keep our Country Free !
