GUEST SPEAKER: Sheila-Anne Ebert
Alexander & Baldwin - Asset Manager
Sheila-Anne Ebert joined Alexander & Baldwin in 2017 as Asset Manager for the company’s commercial properties on Maui and Hawai’i Island. She transitioned to A&B’s Kailua team to manage the Windward Properties in May 2018. With diverse experience in asset management, finance, operations and marketing, she is a valuable addition to the A&B team.
Born and raised in Kailua, Sheila-Anne earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Georgetown University. After graduating, she spent several years in New York City as a senior business analyst for Salomon Smith Barney and as a marketing manager for a global software company before returning home to Hawaii in 2004. Upon her return, Sheila-Anne worked with Cirrus Asset Management to develop and operate an upscale boutique hotel in Waikiki while assisting with managing the company’s multi-family portfolio on Oahu.
Prior to joining Alexander & Baldwin, Sheila-Anne served seven years as a Diplomat with the U.S. State Department in Washington DC, Sudan, and Turkey. Sheila-Anne moved back to Kailua in 2016 with her husband and two young children. She currently holds a Hawaii Real Estate License, is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and is a Board Member for the Kailua Chamber of Commerce.
