Dale Carnegie Training Hawaii.

Jan Kaeo has been inspiring audiences individually and collectively for over 20 years to live to their fullest potential -- 3 years ago, she formalized her commitment to excellence and to helping others, when she bought the Dale Carnegie Training franchise for Hawaii & Guam.  She inspires you by her intuitive understanding and belief in your individual worth and value to Hawaii -- she's the kind of person you want to "hang around with" because you feel her love, you feel valued, and you believe that you can achieve greatness because of it.

Jan says that her unique background, her family values, her love for music, and her unique understanding of people have made her who she is today.  Her Dale Carnegie Training experiences have been her mechanism to help others understand and apply these same principles at work and at home.

Jan tells us that today’s workforce has four generations working side-by-side. With these distinct generations working together and often colliding, it can be an incredibly rich and productive experience when you have the skills to capitalize on the strengths each generation brings to the team.

Come learn

·         what makes each of the four generations TICK

·         understand the values, issues and factors that          affect each generation

·         how to deliver feedback to each generation

·         how to coach different generations to reach their full potential

You'll gain valuable insights to be more successful at work and at home!
